Our Work

Why We Exist

Despite their talents, intellectually disabled athletes in India face multiple challenges: lack of access to inclusive sports, inadequate training infrastructure, social stigma, and financial limitations. Many are forgotten after their sporting years due to poor job opportunities and societal neglect.
Lifeinclusive Charitable Trust was formed to bridge these gaps — by enabling long-term support, recognition, and opportunity.

We believe that true inclusion is not seasonal — it’s lifelong. That’s why our work spans sports, healthcare, education, and employment, creating a holistic ecosystem where intellectually disabled individuals can thrive with dignity.

Sports & Training Programs

We conduct year-round adaptive sports training, preparing beneficiaries for competitions at local, state, national, and international levels. Our programs focus on building physical fitness, discipline, courage, and team spirit, all within a safe and inclusive environment tailored to their abilities.

Our sports initiatives include:

  • Athletics, swimming, football, and unified sports

  • One-on-one mentoring with certified coaches

  • Skill development sessions and mock trials

  • Access to inclusive playgrounds and sporting equipment

Health & Wellbeing

Our beneficiaries often require continuous healthcare support. We organize:

  • Free health camps (eye check-ups, blood donation, general health)
  • Emergency medical assistance
  • Nutrition programs to provide wholesome meals
  • Counseling services to support mental wellness

To strengthen overall wellbeing, we also provide:

  • Physiotherapy and mobility aid support

  • Hygiene awareness campaigns and workshops for caregivers

  • Access to telehealth consultations in underserved regions

This ensures our athletes stay fit, healthy, and emotionally balanced.

Education & Employment

We offer scholarships, tutoring, and vocational training to support children and adults from early education to higher studies. Alongside, we build employment readiness programs and collaborate with industries to create job opportunities for intellectually disabled adults. We also promote self-employment and entrepreneurship through hands-on workshops and mentoring.

Additional initiatives include:

  • Inclusive digital literacy classes for basic computer skills and internet safety

  • Career discovery programs connecting individuals with job coaches

  • On-the-job training and placement support in inclusive companies

  • Awareness drives with HR professionals to build inclusive hiring mindsets

Through these efforts, we not only support education but also foster economic independence and social confidence.
