Ranveer Singh Saini
A Special Olympics Gold Medalist and a National Inspiration, Ranveer is the face of resilience and excellence in sports. He passionately advocates for inclusive training and competitive opportunities for intellectually disabled athletes.
Ranveer, a 25-year-old Special Needs Golfer, with Autism and despite being 50% intellectually disabled he has defied all odds and defeated his disability by becoming an inspirational sports Icon of India.
His prestigious list of achievements is endless :
- Ranveer is a National Awardee and has been honored by the President of India in December 2024.
- Ranveer is the first Special needs Golfer of India who has won a hattrick win for India in 3 consecutive World Games ( Gold medal at Los Angeles in 2015, Silver medal at Abu Dhabi in 2019 & Gold medal in Berlin in 2023).
- Recently in June 2025, Ranveer won a Gold medal at the Golf Masters Tournament held in Macau, defeating 13 countries.
- He is a 13 times National Champion in Golf.
- He is a Bhim Awardee and also a Khel Gaurav Puraskar Awardee. Both the awards have been given to him by the Government.
- He has been praised and acknowledged by Shri Narendra Modiji in his Mann Ki Baat program.
- He is a 7 times Limca Record Holder.
- He is a 7 times medallist at the Asia Pacific Golf Masters Macau

Dr. Cdr. Kartikay Saini
Dr. Cdr Kartikay Saini an ex-Commander of the Indian Navy, has over 35 years of distinguished experience in the civil & defence forces, with a track record that proudly parades his dedication and service to the country. He has headed the operations of a number of businesses. He is presently the Chairman of the Scottish High International School, Gurgaon, India. Dr.Saini has been serving the country as an Educationist who has revolutionized the education system by pioneering initiatives in the teaching-learning systems, thus benefitting hundreds of schools across the country & abroad. Dr. Saini has been the Director/Partner of various companies dealing with Catering, Travel, Nutrition, Health and Event Management..
Due to his immense contribution to the field of Education, Dr.Saini has been recognized as the Leading Educationist of the country. He has been honoured with numerous Awards & Felicitations across the world including House of Commons London, felicitated by Timothy Shriver, nephew of US President John F Kennedy; Consulate General of India at Chicago USA, First Lady of the Dominican Republic; Global Youth Leadership Forum Azerbaijan; President and MD Special Olympics Europe Eurasia, among many others. Dr.Saini has received over 200 National & International awards in education, leadership, youth activation etc.
Dr.Kartikay Saini is a fitness icon and has been a keen sportsperson all his life. Brought up in National Defence Academy and Armed Forces, fitness and games have been an integral part of his life. He is an avid Golfer, an Equestrian and a Yachtsman. He has been a fitness enthusiast all his life, and strongly believes and follows the approach of Functional Medicine, nutrition and dietetics. Dr Saini has dedicated his entire life to make an impact on the society, the country and the world. His commendable service to education, special education, integrated schooling, social cause and health & nutrition goes beyond the call of normal duty.

Parinaaz Saini
Parinaaz is a dedicated social changemaker and trustee focused on advancing health and mental well-being. She is a driving force behind the Trust’s outreach and community programs, actively working to uplift the families of beneficiaries and promote vital awareness across society.
Parinaaz brings a strong blend of business acumen and digital expertise to her role, gained from her experience as a Digital Marketing Manager at Unilever Food Solutions UK & Ireland, where she led growth and transformation in B2B food service via digital solutions.
A commitment to service defines her career and personal life. She is an alumna of Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University, and holds an MSc in Management from the prestigious London Business School, also licensed in “Mastering Digital Marketing” (SEM, SEO, and Social Media). Beyond her professional roles, Parinaaz has been a dedicated Volunteer Leader for the World Special Olympics since 2010 highlighting her long-term dedication to empowering individuals and fostering inclusion.

Mrs. Bakhtawar Saini
Mrs. Bakhtawar Saini has over 27 years of experience in the corporate, education and special needs fields. She is a recognized voice in advocacy, producing widely viewed podcasts that provide crucial support and awareness for autism and special needs.
She is the Deputy Chairperson and on the Management Committee of Scottish High International School. She also director of the Integrated Department of Scottish High which is responsible for integrating special needs with the mainstream. She also designs curriculum for Special education, inclusive education and their periodic evaluations. She has conducted various workshops on inclusive education, inclusive assessment and on numerous topics to inspire educators, youth leaders, parents and students across the world.
Also she is the Senior Advisor-Special Olympics Bharat and has conducted numerous Special Olympics events involving coaches, parents, athletes and other stakeholders including marathons, project unify, youth leadership summits, leadership workshops, EKS day, various competitions and family forums. Mrs. Saini has been a panelist on various National and International Forums including the Mission Inclusion of Government of India and numerous Non Profit Organisations. She also works closely with National Trust of India & Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), training and designing curriculum for special needs athletes and coaches at national levels, thus broadening her contributions to the cause.
Her source of strength!!! She is the proud mother of Master Ranveer Singh Saini – the young golfing phenomenon who won Gold for India at the Special Olympics, World Games 2015 held in Los Angeles, USA. Ranveer is also the recipient of the highest Sports honour of the State- the Bhim Award.
